Download the correct software for the hardware type you have.

UART RX/TX timed out

Incorrect Baud Rate set on PC

Try changing the Baud rate you are sending to the receiver/decoder if this fails then power off both PC and Humax and re-try download.

E-hF

Invalid HDF file format

Non-software file downloaded (e.g. a Formula1 file)

Use the correct software file. Download a new version, if this fails, contact Humax.

E-HC E-bC E-dC

Incorrect header block (CRC-16)

The software was corrupted during the download.

Download the software again, from the Humax website

E-AC

Incorrect application CRC-32

You have an old version of the software

Download latest version of application S/W

E-Ad

Invalid address

There is a problem with the software

Inform Humax - they will release a new version as soon as possible

E-Ao

Invalid offset address

There is a problem with the software

Inform Humax - they will release a new version as soon as possible

Flash program timeout

Flash memory in your Humax is damaged

Try the download again. If this fails the flash memory will need replacing, talk to your dealer, or to Humax

EEPROM program timeout

EEPROM id damaged

Try the download again. If this fails the flash memory will need replacing, talk to your dealer, or to Humax
