A New Chassis for Jago Geeps/Sanderos

The latest chapter in the Sandero's history has begun. Andy Belfield (second cousin of Geoff and a keen Jago owner) has decided to do a modification for current Geeps/Sanderos. He will either modify your current chassis or produce a new chassis, which will take Sierra running gear in place of the old MK1/Mk2 Escort gear.

The chassis is made of larger section box steel to improve rigidity. All that is required, if you wish to take advantage of this upgrade, is to strip the body and running gear from your chassis. Then take your chassis over to Belfield Engineering and they will do either the modification or if you do not want to do two journeys (best to ring to ensure a new chassis is in stock) supply a new chassis.

I am really interested, what does it cost?

The cost of the chassis adaption kit to take Sierra components is £550. A new Sierra based chassis is £850. As far as we are aware replacement body panels are still available from Jago Developments via Andy Belfield.

To order or enquire further contact Andy Belfield at Belfield Engineering on 01597 823992.
