When ordering belts, the fixing length (usually two or three inches more than waist size) is important. If possible, measure an existing belt, taking the length from the extreme end of the buckle, to the hole usually used for fixing. This is the fixing length. See illustration.

ORDERING
When ordering any item, please state preferred colour, tooling, carving, etc.
Please quote the fixing length (see note above) when ordering belts. The length of the belt will be calculated to ensure that the belt fastens in the middle of the range of holes, thus allowing for a degree of expansion and contraction!
Shoulder straps on bags are usually made for wearing on the right shoulder. If they are to be worn on the left shoulder, this can be accommodated.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Belts and small items may be available from stock, and will be despatched within ten days from receipt of payment. Bags and pouches are usually made-to-order, and may take two or three weeks. In any event, I will keep you informed of progress at all times.
POSTAGE
In general, £2.50 per belt or pouch should be added to prices above, to cover packing and postage to UK Mainland. For overseas orders, I will need to advise postage.
Please add £1.00 if ordering small items.
When ordering bags, I will advise postage according to weight.
PAYMENT - Within the UK .
Please make cheques (including postage) payable to THE SHOE BOX. I am unable to accept credit or debit card transactions.
PAYMENT - Overseas Orders .
You will need to purchase a Sterling Money Order from your bank, for the full price (including postage, which I will advise) payable to THE SHOE BOX. I am unable to accept credit or debit card transactions.
